The best location in Breckenridge! Bright two bedroom condo (second bedroom is a loft) offers the best of both worlds with easy access to the ski resort and downtown.. Walk to the Snowflake lift in the winter time. Main Street is just a short five minute walk away. Large community hot tub and sauna. Sleeps five. Well-behaved dogs welcome!
The condo is super convenient, 5min walk to the snowflake lift (5 min in ski boots!) and a ski-out nearly to the building itself. It is also a small walk from Main Street for dinner and shopping. On a bus route as well. Very convenient.
The condo itself is tiny, but well-organized and has all you might need for a few nights' stay.

This place was great! It was my fiancée and our two girls! It was the perfect getaway. Upstairs was big win for the kiddos. Everything from her place is walkable. The sauna and hot tub was a plus as well! Everything worked and everything was clean felt right at home!

Delightful accommodations just steps from town. This charming unit makes excellent use of space, featuring a cozy loft bedroom with two twin beds and a unique circular staircase. Perfectly situated near restaurants and shops, the location makes it easy to enjoy Breckenridge without the need to drive—especially convenient for shorter stays.

Our family had a great getaway! Ashley’s property is walking distance to town for shopping and restaurants, and trails can be accessed across and at the end of the street. We’re a family five plus a 50lbs. Aussie and fit perfectly, even if just a little cozy. Neighbors are quiet and the street is nearly always empty. Porch views are fantastic. We did not bring bikes on this trip as there is no locked bike storage - but otherwise, this condo is perfect!
