4th of July in Breckenridge
Every Independence Day, Breckenridge comes alive with patriotism, parties and the annual Main Street Parade. It’s a day of celebration that includes athletic competitions, live music, art festivals, family activities and a few of our favorite small-town traditions.
International Snow Sculpture Championships
The 35th annual International Snow Sculpture Championships, presented by Toyota, returns to Breckenridge this January 24-February 3! World-renowned snow sculptor teams from around the world will descend on Breckenridge, Colorado to hand-carve 12-foot-tall, 25-ton blocks of snow into enormous, intricate works of art. Artists are only allowed to use hand tools, creativity and inspiration to bring their ideas to life. No power tools allowed! Teams dedicate nearly 100 hours of sculpting over the course of five days, resulting in a temporary outdoor art gallery in historic downtown Breckenridge!
