This little cabin has it all! Location, charm, scenery, privacy, and spotless clean. Lovely linens and cozy bed. Kitchen equipped with everything. Feels like you’re in a tree house surrounded by beautiful trees. So quiet and peaceful at night. We walked the trail into town and rode the bus home. Hope to visit again, this was truly one of our favorite stays in Breckenridge and we’ve been visiting here for ten years.

This lovely little house is in the trees, in the quiet and perfected on a hillside with a view. It was the restful and contemplative space we really needed for a few days. The house has everything you need and a nice deep bathtub! Every airbnb that allows pets should provide dog sheets and blankets. We always bring our own but it saves any stress and we appreciated the extra efforts. We will stay here again! PS the drive way was super easy.

We loved staying at Ashley’s place. It was a perfect spot for us and our 2 dogs. It had everything we needed and plenty of space downstairs in the basement for our bikes. A beautiful location but still close enough to town and trails nearby. Had everything we needed. Thanks for a lovely stay!

I loved this place!!! I told the host I could live there. It’s private and quiet with a great view. The host was very responsive and gave great hiking trail recommendations for me and my older dog. Very close to town. I’ve been to Breckenridge several times and this has been my favorite place to stay.
